Plant management examples

The prospects of "Rifey" are brightest in the countryside. It is much more effective to place independent, compact "Rifey" lines in settlements than, for instance, to buy an existing plant to manufacture building materials equal to "Rifey" but with an unthinkable price, not to mention the assembly somewhere in a regional city while supplying numerous rural building facilities cheaply, promptly, and without any break-downs. It is necessary to consider our transportation peculiarities, road conditions, transportation costs, contracts, and problems with financial payments.
Depending on construction volumes and goals in a particular settlement, one may choose the appropriate "Rifey" model (-04, -05, "UNIVERSAL" or "VARYAG"). Near practically every settlement in a particular region, one can find an available base material for manufacturing masonry blocks (sands, including river sands, screenings, etc.) and organize its transport by local means. Then, one only needs to find the right solution for supplying cement. Problems with machinery arrangements, and low electrical power (15-35 kW) are unimportant.
Operating the machinery indoors is tolerable, which is why room concerns are not major. The question is quite temporary, and the room for a machine may be equipped for years.
Line construction and operating technology are user-friendly for even unqualified staff. Even an inexpensive and simplified powering method for the "Rifey -04" line within a summer period (5 months, 1.5 shifts a day) turns out at least 2000 m³ of building material. There are foundation blocks, masonry blocks, bafflers and elements of near-house territory improvement. These materials are enough for the construction of approximately 15 houses with an area of about 150² each. If YOU HAVE cheap material for the foundation and exterior of a house, any method of organizing the building will be appropriate.
